Dhosa paper,perfect crispy paper dhosa

 

Ingredients:

1 cup boiled rice(basmati rice)

¼ cup split black gram (urad dal)

1 tsp fenugreek seeds(methi dana)

½ cup Curd/yogurt(dahi)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

3 tbs Chickpeas (chana dal)

Water to soak

Some oil 

Method:

Wash rice , split black gram , fenugreek seeds & chickpeas well.

Soak it with water over night.

Soak fenu greek seeds separately.

After 12 hours of soaking

Grind it werry well.

For better texture add water or ice cubes to get right consistency.

Put it a side for atleast 8 to 10 hour for ferment.

After 8 hours mix it once & add yogurt, salt &sugarin to it .

Mix it well.

Adjust consistency by adding water.

Our batter is ready.


Prepare paper dhosa:

Hit dhosa pan.

Once pan heated pour some water & wipe it with a

Kitchen towl.

Pour batter & spread it slowly.

When upper part of dhosa become dry apply oil .

Cook it on midium flame until it become golden brown.

Fold it & serve it.

Do same process for all paper.
